Beta testers: use the Send feedback button inside the app. It attaches the screen you were on and the version you are running, which is faster than describing it. Anything about payroll or a payment, call.

Can I use Foreman today?

Not yet. Foreman and Foreman HQ are in a team beta at one Fairbanks contractor, on Apple's TestFlight. The App Store release is planned for 2028. If you would like to be told when it is available, email us and we will keep your address for that one purpose.

What does it run on?

Foreman and Foreman HQ are iPhone apps, each with a website for the office that runs in any modern browser on a Mac or PC. Android is not planned for the first release.

How do I join the beta?

During 2027 a small number of contractors outside Alaska will be invited to run the app for a month on external TestFlight, before any App Store submission. Email us with your company name, your trade and how many people are on your crew.

What does it cost?

Pricing has not been published. It will be sold to businesses by monthly or annual subscription, with payroll as an add-on priced per employee. There are no prices inside the field app, in any role.

Where is my company's data kept, and can I get it out?

Your company's records are kept in a database that belongs to your company alone, hosted in the United States, backed up daily. You can export them at any time, and deleting your company from Settings exports everything to you first and removes the records within 30 days. See the privacy policy.

Does Foreman hold my bank login, card numbers or Social Security numbers?

No. Bank feeds are read-only connections made through a bank-data partner; the app never sees a bank password. Cards are kept to the last four digits. Direct-deposit and tax details are entered by each employee with the payroll partner, never in Foreman HQ.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, from Settings, once it is released. During the beta, email support@foremanhq.app from the address on the account and we will remove it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
